Specific communities, video pages, chat, alternative services and discussion groups may also have additional guidelines which govern your use, so be sure to review them in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

Your commitment to these Terms and Conditions in all chat areas, communities, video pages, personal web pages, electronic mail postings and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with the public at large or with a group (collectively, "Services"), ensures a positive experience for all our users.

Theboyzone.com and or its agents are not responsible for the content or activities in any user-created, non-Theboyzone.com managed Service. Theboyzone.com services provided by Theboyzone.com (collectively, "Theboyzone.com") and group member sites are general purpose sites and are designed for use by individuals that are 18 years of age or older. In some cases 16 to 18 year olds may join on the basis of their access being restricted. It is for this reason adult content must be marked as such to ensure they do not have access to it.

You agree that for all matters relating to this website, The Law of England overrides all others and you understand that you are entering into a legally binding agreement. Use of the services implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

1. Respect Others

We encourage everyone to treat each other with mutual respect. Do not use Theboyzone.com Services to threaten, harass, stalk, or abuse others participating in any of Theboyzone.com Service. Refrain from all expressions of bigotry, racism, homophobia, hatred, foul language or profanity.

Theboyzone.com encourages our users to create their own web pages and communities. The creators of these pages/areas act as Hosts. Hosts may eject or ban a user from their area if a participant violates one of their guidelines or these Terms and Conditions. By participating in a user-created area, you agree to be bound to the rules of that area.

Managers and/or Hosts who manage Theboyzone.com Services may eject or ban users, as well as remove postings, that violate these Terms and Conditions.

You may not redistribute images, photos, videos or any personal data that you have found, copied or downloaded from Theboyzone.com member page or any other page hosted on Theboyzone.com server. Please respect the privacy of others.

2. Keep it Legal

Theboyzone.com does not allow any illegal activities. You cannot use Theboyzone.com Services to publish, post, distribute, or disseminate defamatory, infringing, obscene, or other unlawful material or information.

Do not upload files or post messages that contain photos, video, software or other material protected by intellectual property laws, rights of privacy or publicity or any other applicable law unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents. Theboyzone.com is not responsible for any use of anything you say or post.

Do not upload files or photos, software or other material that may be considered to be pornographic, vulgar, political, or offensive to any other users. Pornographic material will be accepted only where the member marks the content as such. Members who wish to post naked photographs of them must be over the age of 18. You may not post any naked photographs where the model is or appears to be under the age of 18. Members are also governed by the laws of their country and must not enter into any act which would be considered illegal by such laws.

Do not post any materials (including software and other information, including links to other websites) that could harm (or is designed to harm) other users' computers or would allow others to inappropriately access software or Web sites.

You may not post links to commercial websites with whom you are affiliated or stand to make a profit from unless you have a commercial membership. Furthermore, you may not post any advertising services without a commercial website membership.

3. Play Nice

Theboyzone.com does not tolerate disruptive activity online, such as persistent off-topic comments and postings or statements that incite others to violate these Terms + Conditions or participate in illegal activities. Our participants want to chat and use other Services in a positive environment.

Theboyzone.com does not allow posting or use of computer programs that contain destructive features such as: viruses, worms, Trojan horsesvor bots for the use of scrolling, spamming, showing multiple screens, and other activities that can be disruptive to online communication.

Falsely impersonating a member of Theboyzone.com team, agent, manager, host, moderator or any other person with the intent to mislead or cause harm to others is forbidden.

You must not take active steps to increase your page hit counter or search result ranking by purposeful repetitive use or page refreshing techniques or engage in any other activity that will affect your status in a way which is unfair to other members.

4. Spam and Commercial Use of the Services

Please don't 'spam' through the Communication Services available with Theboyzone.com; none of our users like it. To spam includes sending identical and irrelevant submissions to many different discussion groups, mailing lists or communities. Usually such postings have nothing to do with the particular topic of the group or are of no real interest to those on the mailing list. To spam also includes misrepresenting the source of anything you say or post. Spamming is a serious violation of online etiquette.

Theboyzone.com reserves the right to ban a user at any time, without notice, from any or all Services for spamming. The Communication Services including Private Messages, Chat services, blogs, wall posts and any other messaging services which we may provide are not to be used for sending any advertising or commercial messages without a commercial website membership.

Furthermore, in the case of a commercial membership being obtained, the Communication Services areas are not designed to be used as the primary mechanism for operating your business or providing core information about your business. Any use of the Communication Services for commercial purposes is solely at your own risk and Theboyzone.com. Furthermore, any emails/messages sent must be unique. Sending the same message to a number of users will result in the system deleting it as spam, and action will be taken against you to prevent this. By using the Communication Services for commercial use, you agree that each message will be at least 40% different to the previous 10 messages.

Any space provided to you by Theboyzone.com is for your own personal use. You may not sell, license, exchange or barter any space provided to you within any Communication Service or Member Profile for any purpose including, without limitation, selling, licensing, exchanging or bartering space for advertisements.

5. Take Responsibility

You are responsible and liable for all your activities while participating in Theboyzone.com and associated Internet Services. Remember, you are responsible for anything you say, publish or post. Also, please remember that what you are posting may be in the public domain, and as such you should be careful as to the nature of any of your publically posted material on the site as Theboyzone.com have no obligation to remove such material and such material may incur legal action against you from a third party. Theboyzone.com can not be held liable for any action brought against you as a result.

Theboyzone.com also has no obligation to remove any material which may have been posted when you believe that your account has been accessed without your consent unless you can prove beyond reasonable doubt that you did not write the material yourself.

Theboyzone.com offers our users the ability to create their own areas (e.g. chat, communities and personal web pages). Theboyzone.com takes no responsibility for the ratings, content, nor any activities resulting from the content or otherwise, in these areas. The creators or hosts of these user-created areas are required to agree to and uphold these Terms + Conditions before creating their Service.

Theboyzone.com Domain areas are not designed as the primary places to store any materials; you are responsible for creating backups of materials you post to Theboyzone.com such as photos, documents and software. Theboyzone.com is not responsible for loss of access to, or deletion or alteration of any materials included in any Communication Service.

Theboyzone.com reserves the right to remove at any time, without notice or explanation, any member account or user-created Service or any particular posting that violates these Terms + Conditions.

Some users may post Internet website links in their area. Please be advised that Theboyzone.com is not responsible for the content on the websites associated with the links you may view.

All content that a member publishes to their profile (including text and pictures) is considered to be part of the public domain and the Internet. It is not possible to control or monitor against the theft any element that goes to make up your profile and as such you should be aware that any information or content that you post is freely available to the public.

Theboyzone.com is not responsible for any theft or infringement resulting directly or indirectly from the use of Theboyzone.com Services. 

You are responsible for any actions you may take based on advice or information you receive online. Use your own good judgment when evaluating information provided through any Communication Service, remember that the information provided could be from people at any age and experience level. The decision to conduct transactions with anyone is your own and you should conduct your own research prior to making any decisions.

6. General Notes

Although we strive to provide the best facilities we can to ensure maximum speed and availability from our servers and software, Theboyzone.com does not offer any SLA (Service Level Agreement) or any guarantee in relation to Service up-time or availability for any Service, Product or Premium Subscription Service. All Services provided are on an 'as is' basis. If the service is down, we will try to recover it as quickly as possible but no guarantee is made, this includes members with a Premium Subscription.

Theboyzone.com reserves the right to add, remove or amend any feature or Service at any time without notice, explanation or liability without limitation. Theboyzone.com reserves the right to increase or reduce the price or alter the content or features of any Premium Subscription Service or Product without prior notice, explanation or liability.

You agree to allow Theboyzone.com to conduct whatever searches and investigations it deems necessary to confirm your identity. If we find that you have supplied false or misleading information you agree to reimburse the costs of any such searches.

You agree by creating an account you will upload and maintain at least one image of yourself whether it be private or public. You further understand that once uploaded, an image or video becomes public domain and Theboyzone.com is not liable for anyone copying such an image or video, however, if you can prove beyond reasonable doubt that a user is impersonating you, you can report the offending profile to the support team and action will be taken as deemed fit by the Support team.

You agree to take part in Theboyzone.com marketing exercises and agree that we can send you electronic messages with offerings from selected suppliers.

By using Theboyzone.com member sites, you agree not to discuss your experience of using Theboyzone.com in a manner which could damage our good name.

7. Email Addresses

You must provide Theboyzone.com with an email address on signing up to the services. This email address will be used to send you notifications and alerts from Theboyzone.com services. You agree to keep your registered email address up to date and capable of receiving emails at all times. If your email address becomes incapable of recieving emails from Theboyzone.com, your access to the services may be restricted. You will be required to verify or change your email address if your registered one becomes incapable of recieving emails. This is done through a process whereby you reply to an email which we send you from a special area on the site. Failure to verify your email address will result in your access to the site being restricted.

Marking Theboyzone.com services emails as spam will not be tolerated and will invalidate your email address. You agree not to mark emails from any Theboyzone.com member site as spam. Marking emails from Theboyzone.com as spam will result in your email address being banned, your access to the service will be terminated and you will be required to supply a new email address. Repeated abuse will result in you having to pay an administration fee of up to $60 to regain access to your account and will result in you being required to become a website supporter in order to turn off email notifications.

8. Payments for Site Membership

Any payments which are made for site membership or sponsorship will be made via any payment gateway or other 3rd party credit card processing service that we use now or in the future. Due to limited resources, this is the only way we can accept payments for membership at this time.

All payments made on or for Theboyzone.com Sites or Services are non-refundable under any circumstances. Credit Card Chargeback’s and payment disputes are prohibited, and action will be taken to recover any monies owed to us should you be successful in your chargeback. It will also result in your access to this website being permanently removed. We will also report the chargeback to the National Chargeback Register which protects online retailers from fraudulent chargeback’s which will ultimately result in it becoming increasingly difficult for you to use your credit card online.

9. Support Services

We will provide help and assistance through the websites help page. You agree to use this page for all support requests; using blogs or emailing website moderators directly is strictly prohibited. If you have a problem, treat the support team with respect, they are there to help you. Any abuse directed at the support team is a violation of these terms and conditions and will be dealt with accordingly. The decision of the support team is final and correspondence will not be entered into regarding any decisions made by the support team or any other Theboyzone.com Moderators or Administrators that assist you with your issue.

Premium Members will be given priority support at all times.

You agree not to discuss your support experiences nor comment on them on or off the website.

10. Deactivation of Profile

Deactivation is free. Just press a button from the help page.

11. Featured Profiles

The featured profile service may be premium rate SMS service charged at £1.50 per text. On receiving a text we will place your picture and profile on the front page of the website. It will remain visible until other members subsequently send an SMS text, at which point your profile will move down the list. When 16 or more people have sent a text your profile will no longer be visible on the front page. If you send another text your profile will reappear at the top of the featured profile list. There is no limit to the number of times you can send a text to appear at the top of the list. You will generally not have to wait more than 5 minutes for your profile to move to the top of the featured profile list after sending a text.

Text responses are charged at £1.50 per message from all UK networks. Users must be 18 or over to use this service.

12. Find Friends

You agree that before using the Find Friends system, you will ensure all adult material on your profile is marked as such. Theboyzone.com is not liable for any damages that occur as a result of using the service.

You agree to only perform a Find Friends on accounts you have permission to access.

You agree that Theboyzone.com will automatically logon to any provided accounts during the Find Friend process to extract email addresses to compare to our member base.

13.Uphold the Code

In helping to make the Internet a great place to meet and chat, you must do your part to uphold these Terms and Conditions.

Theboyzone.com reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend access to any Service for violations of our Terms and Conditions. Termination of service for any violation of our Terms and Conditions will not result in the return of any premium subscription or supporter payment as payments are classed as a donation to the service.

Theboyzone.com also reserves our right to amend or change the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. You agree to periodically review this document and that of the Privacy Policy to ensure you are doing your part.

14. Regular Useage.

TheBoyZone.com reserve the right to delete or suspend your account if no activity has been seen after an 8 week period.  You may re join the site but your profile might not be accepted by TheBoyZone.com.
